The best business district in Madrid, Manoteras is renewed and transformed into neXt MADRID.es, a vibrant new neighbourhood that promises to revitalise the northern part of the city.

We share with you the photos and video of the launch event of neXt MADRID.es from the impressive Skylight building. More than just a 293,000 square metre office centre with 97,544 of those square metres classified as Grade A, neXt Madrid is also a visionary project that seeks the urban regeneration of the area.

This great project is possible thanks to the joint efforts of Árima Real Estate SOCIMI SA, Bermejo & Williamson Real Estate, PineBridge Investments,Onix Capital Partners,Tristan Capital Partners and Savills Spain, with the strategic collaboration of CBRE Spain.
