The urban regeneration project in the Manoteras area, Next Madrid, was presented on 21 November at an event attended by businessmen and experts from the real estate sector. This ambitious plan, with an investment of more than 600 million euros and backed by the district councillor, David Pérez García, seeks to go beyond being a business site.

"As a very advanced initiative, with a very inclusive vision and committed to the orderly growth of the city, especially in the northern area of Madrid, it is a great example of public-private collaboration", commented David Pérez García, councillor of the Hortaleza District, during the event.

NeXt Madrid is positioned as a comprehensive project that will encompass various uses, making it a complete residential area. The proposal includes leisure facilities, hotels, cafes and restaurants, designed to enrich the experience of residents and visitors, while bringing vitality to the neighbourhood.
